Dream Big. Nonprofits give shape to our boldest dreams, highest ideals, and noblest causes. They protect, feed, heal, shelter, educate, nurture bodies and communities . The work you do is more than an activity, it can transform us from who we are to what we can become. Efficiency and effectiveness can build the muscle to do more with less. You can never dream big enough.

I started my career in high tech corporations and feel very privileged to have worked with organizations that had a strong commitment to professional growth and training, something not common enough today. With 15 years of executive management experience, plus a unique combination of business and nonprofit background, I bring clarity, calmness, and a practical hands-on approach to challenges and dilemmas faced by many nonprofits and have led a variety of organizations to new levels of achievement and creativity.
